We will investigate the cause of the missed collection and take the necessary steps to ensure that it is collected promptly.
If the collection was missed due to circumstances outside of our control, such as extreme weather or unexpected road closures or insufficient access, we will inform you of any changes to the collection schedule.
If we cannot collect your waste on the scheduled day, we will aim to collect it on the following day or as soon as possible after that.
Please note that additional fees may be associated with missed or rescheduled collections, depending on your service plan and depending on the reason why the collection was missed.
